With more than two decades of design and sales experience in the fashion and travel accessories industries, Devra’s background has made her an expert in market trends, negotiating, closing deals, and building a successful network.
As the founder of the leading travel accessory brand Miamica, Devra earned an outstanding reputation as a top-performing team leader, account manager, lead generator, and sales closer with a long and loyal client following. After successfully selling her company, she transitioned her entrepreneurial expertise and passion into the world of New York City real estate.
Devra developed a love for real estate while handling all the negotiations and leasing of commercial showroom space in New York for her business. Her attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and drive to exceed expectations translate seamlessly into her vibrant real estate career.
A Manhattan resident for over 15 years, Devra lives one block south of Central Park and knows the city as both a renter and a condo owner. She’s known for her concierge-style service, strong communication, and unwavering commitment to her clients’ goals.
Devra holds a board position with the Silverstein Dream Foundation and serves as their Director of the Diabetes Prevention Program, advocating for diabetes education and research.
A native of New Jersey, Devra grew up enjoying NYC as her parents took her weekly to Broadway shows, art and street fairs, museums, the ballet, and classical music concerts. She knew at a young age that she always wanted to live in New York City.
Devra graduated with a BA in Business Management from Clark University in Massachusetts. She speaks English, Hebrew, and Spanish, which she learned while living in Puerto Rico for 12 years.
She is married with two sons and daughters-in-law, and four amazing grandchildren. Among her interests are Broadway shows, art, travel, baking, wine tastings, and writing. Other favorite pastimes include dining at her go-to restaurants: Bar Pitti, Don Angie, Quality Meats, Nobu, and Quality Italian.
For Devra, there’s truly no place like New York.
